DEDICATED TEAM
A dedicated team is ready to support you on all your requests for the prep of your company’s presence at SIAE 2025. You’ll have a dedicated Account Manager, ready to answer your questions and guide you with advice in order to have a successful SIAE experience.

SHOPPING PROCESS:
Here are the steps to follow:
Once you are registered you have access to all the products & services with the prices for those which can be quoted.
Step 1: Choose the product(s) or service(s) you need, click on it and make the order
Step 2: A Rainbowidea Account Manager will get back to you with details, questions or stock confirmation. Based on your request you’ll receive a Final Cost with all the details
Step 3: Once you confirm the Final Cost, you’ll receive an invoice to be paid.
In order to proceed with the production / implementation we need your payment confirmation.
Step 4: The delivery of the products / services will be done as per your prior agreement before the payment

PRICES
The prices that you see in this platform do not cover the branding & the delivery costs (logistics). They differ from a client to another, therefore we calculate them based on each client needs.

Once you submit a request on the platform and we have defined how we can help you, we’ll prepare a tailored offer based on all your indicated needs, that will include everything you have agreed, plus the associated costs for creative or logistics.

PAYMENT
Once you approve the Final Cost & filled in your company details for invoicing, our finance department issues an INVOICE.
For all your purchases you can use one of the following payment options:
> CARDS (P-Card, Amex, Credit or Debit Card) – Please ask for a “pay by card” invoice and you’ll receive an invoice with a link for secure card payments. Please check with your bank, as card transactions typically involve additional fees. We only charge what we invoice, all the extras that you may be charged with come from your bank.
> BANK TRANSFERS (Wire) – We invoice and wait for the payment. When payment is not done, we’ll send you 3 weekly reminders and after 30 days, a cancelling invoice notification as we consider you are no longer interested and we can cancel your request and invoice.
> PURCHASE ORDER – In this case we have to priorly sign a MSA (Master Agreement Contract). Negotiations on the terms of this MSA will be held by our Legal & Management Team.

DELIVERY
We ship worldwide.
You have two options for deliveries:

(1) Your company contracted courier.
> In case it is UPS, please arrange the pick-up from our address, we’ll prepare the goods with labels as per your indications.
> In case it is DHL, we can make the pick-up order on your behalf if you provide us with:

      • a valid Courier Name
      • Account Number
      • Country of Courier contract

(2) Rainbowidea Courier (express or standard). Each order includes tracking details. These transportation costs will be borne by the buyer.

Deliveries to non-EU countries may experience longer delivery times due to customs formalities, so please place your orders as early as possible.

INSURANCE
For all deliveries organized by a Rainbowidea courier, we can offer insurance coverage in the unlikely event that a package gets lost or stolen in the transit. Additional costs will need your approval, please ask for insurance when you place the order, it will not be applies unless requested.

USE OF PORTAL
1. The User is responsible for the security and confidentiality of the Account he uses to access the Portal and shall secure the access to the Portal against unauthorized access and transmission. The User is responsible for the use of the Portal and for the data and the content he provides via the Portal. The User shall take all necessary measures to ensure that the access to and the use of the Portal is in accordance with these Terms of use and shall directly inform Rainbowidea in the case of unauthorized or unlicensed use of his Account and/or the Portal and any other breach of security of the Portal. At the end of each session, the User is obliged to log out of the Portal.
2. Those who use the Account of the User, are deemed to be legally authorized to act on behalf of the User, to the effect that they are authorized to conclude agreements with Rainbowidea on behalf of the User.
3. The User shall be prohibited from: a. transferring his Account to another natural or legal person; b. using an Account of another User; c. damaging, delating, disabling or rendering inaccessible the Portal or appropriating the Portal; d. modifying the Portal, other than as permitted under instructions provided by Rainbowidea;   e. copying, reproducing, disassembling, decompiling the Portal or subjecting the Portal to reverse engineering; f. accessing or using non-public areas of the Portal.
4. It is for Rainbowidea to assess whether a situation as referred to in Article 3 exists.
5. Rainbowidea reserves the right to temporarily render inaccessible information and content of the User or to temporarily render inaccessible the account of the User or to delete the account of the User, at her sole discretion, with or without notice to the User and without the User being able to derive any rights therefrom.
6. With regard to the order, sale and purchase of Products via the Portal and delivery of Products, the general terms and conditions, business to business, of Rainbowidea shall be applicable.

Intellectual property rights 
The intellectual property rights, created or embodied in or arising out of or in connection with the Agreement remain the sole property of Rainbowidea. The User shall not dispute the ownership of such rights. All information contained in or arising out of the intellectual property rights is propriety to Rainbowidea and shall not be made available to third parties unless previously and specifically agreed to in writing by Rainbowidea.

Limitation of liability 
1 The Portal shall be provided to the User on an as-is and as-available basis.
2 Rainbowidea disclaims all warranties and representations in respect of the Portal, explicit or implicit, including, but not limited to warranties and representations in respect of the completeness, accuracy, timeliness of the content and data of the Portal.
3 Rainbowidea does not warrant that the Portal shall function properly without restrictions or interruptions.
4 Rainbowide does not warrant the integrity of the communication via the Portal, nor that it is free of errors, viruses, interception or interference.
5 Within the Portal there may be links to extern webpages, systems or features. Rainbowidea shall not be liable for the use or content of webpages, systems or features referred to within the Portal.
6 Nothing in these Terms of use shall exclude or restrict: a. any liability finally judicially determined to arise primarily from the willful misconduct or comparable instance of gross negligence of Rainbowidea; or b. any other liabilities which cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, save to the extent permitted by law.
7 Without prejudice to Article 3, the User agrees that the total liability of Rainbowidea due to an attributable failure with regard to the Portal or due to any other reason, shall be limited to € 500,-.
8 In no event shall Rainbowidea be liable for any consequential or indirect loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, lost savings or loss due to business interruption.

Duration and termination of this Agreement 
1  This Agreement is entered into for an indefinite period.
2. Rainbowidea may terminate the Agreement at any time, without giving any reason, with immediate effect and without the User being able to derive any rights therefrom. The User may terminate the Agreement at any time with a notice period of one (1) month.
3. The Agreement shall terminate immediately by operation of law, without the User being able to derive any rights therefrom, in the event the User: a. is granted a suspension of payments; b. has filed a request for its own bankruptcy; or c. has been declared bankrupt.
4. All exclusions and limitations of liability and any indemnities set out in these Terms of use shall survive expiry of termination of the Agreement.

Force majeure 
Neither Party shall be liable for any delays or nonperformance directly or indirectly resulting from circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.

Transfer of rights and obligations 
1. The User shall not be entitled to sell and/or transfer the rights and/or obligations arising from the Agreement to a third party, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Rainbowidea shall be entitled to transfer her rights under the Agreement to a third party. To the extent necessary the User shall immediately cooperate and take such actions and execute such documents as necessary or desirable to effect such transfer of rights.
